By completing this Subcontractor/Vendor Registration (SVR) process, you
represent that you are authorized on behalf of your company to complete the SVR
process; that the information provided by your company to Perini Management
Services, Inc. (PMSI) is current, accurate, and complete; and that PMSI may
rely upon this information in conducting its acquisition activities with the
U.S. Government and other entities.
Further, you acknowledge and agree that the submittal of false statements, data
and/or information by your company through the SVR process shall constitute
grounds for immediate disqualification and removal from the SVR database by
PMSI, and shall provide grounds for further appropriate recourse by PMSI and/or
its customers.
Corrections, additions, modifications to your company's SVR should be made in a
timely fashion to maintain the currency, accuracy, and completeness of
information used by PMSI to evaluate your company.
Perini Corporation, its subsidiaries, and business entities are not responsible
for the timeliness and accuracy of information provided by your company through
SVR process.
By completing the SVR process, your company may become a prequalified
subcoordinator, vendor, or supplier for international work with PMSI. However,
completion of the SVR process does not guarantee that PMSI will provide an
opportunity to your company to submit a proposal, bid, or offer with respect to
work on PMSI projects nor does it create any right, relationship, or contract,
either expressed or implied, between PMSI and your company.
All decisions made by PMSI concerning the qualification of subcontractors,
vendors and suppliers, concerning their opportunity to submit proposals, bids
or offers and concerning their selection for award are in PMSI's sole
discretion.
