Welcome to the Subcontractor/Vendor Registration (SVR) form of Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI). This form allows subcontractors, vendors and/or suppliers to create a profile of the services and products offered by and the qualifications of their company. The information provided will be used by PMSI to review the services, products and qualifications of interested companies. PMSI may prequalify some of the companies to bid on appropriate PMSI international work at PMSI's invitation. Thereafter, PMSI may invite certain of the prequalified companies to bid on specific international work and/or U.S. Government Contracts.

Throughout the course of filling out the form, you may return to sections of the SVR form to modify as necessary.

If your company is already registered, you will be prompted by a message when creating or updating your user account. Our system will guide you through obtaining access to your company's registration.

By completing the SVR process, your company may become a prequalified subcontractor, vendor or supplier for international work and/or U.S. Government Contracts with PMSI. However, completion of the SVR process does not guarantee that PMSI will provide an opportunity to your company to submit a proposal, bid, or offer with respect to work on PMSI projects nor does it create any right, relationship, or contract, either express or implied, between PMSI and your company.
